Proper Artesian Well Construction to Save Water and to Save the Earth, Gerakan Rejoso Kita

Groundwater continues to deplete due to inefficient use of water and improper construction of free-flowing artesian wells. Wells are not sufficiently strengthened with protection casing. Most are not equipped with valves letting water to free flow wasted.

Gerakan Rejoso Kita urges the downstream community at Rejoso Watershed of Pasuruan Regency of East Java, to save groundwater by improving their well construction techniques.
