For Future Generations, Environmental Education about Peat Ecosystems

Various studies have been carried out regarding peatland management, restoration, water management and the socio-economic conditions of peatlands. This knowledge study has yet to be used ptimally, ensuring the availability of materials and teaching materials for future generations. ICRAF Indonesia, through #PahlawanGambut, in collaboration with the Education and Cultural Agencies in the targeted districts, initiated peat education to realize the strategic steps in instilling understanding and love for the next generation of peat ecosystems from an early age.
